Congratulations to three of our pupils at Fair Hill Primary, Ellen, Isobel and Emileen for being awarded a ‘Certificate of Commendation’ for work submitted to the 68th Texaco Children’s Art Competition.
With an annual entry of over 20,000 artworks, the Texaco Children’s Art Competition invites pupils from across the island of Ireland to participate in a national celebration of Children’s Art.
Entries to the competition were about anything that interested our children. We entered a small selection Henri Rousseau inspired collage tigers, snowy winter scenes and a gorilla pencil study.
We are absolutely delighted to learn that three young artists from our school have been commended for their outstanding creativity and talent.
