Art Club embarked on sketching cows. The inspiration for this came from the beautiful countryside surrounding Kinallen and the many farms and farm animals, particularly cows and sheep that reside there.
We carefully sketched our cow faces before experimenting with watercolour pens and adding water to bleed colours together. We used the complimentary colours of purple and orange to make the cow details pop. The last addition of acrylic paint helped to blend the colours together and highlight the cows facial features. Obviously we had to add ear tags too!
