I have attached a holiday list for the next academic year.
Nursery pupils will be given individual start dates by Mrs Andrews at the induction meeting in June.
Primary 1 will attend from 9am until 12 noon on August 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th to give them an opportunity to refamiliarize themselves with the layout of the school before all the other pupils arrive. They will stay for the full school day (9am – 1.45pm) from Monday 2nd September.
Pupils in Primary 2 – Primary 7 will start on Thursday 29th August and will stay in school for the full day.
As yet we do not know when school meals and buses will start. I will let you know about this at the end of the summer term.
Staff training days have been attached to school holidays to try and avoid the school being closed on random days throughout the year. If you are planning a family holiday I would ask that, if at all possible, you take advantage of these longer periods of closure and try to avoid taking children out of school during the blocks of teaching time.
