FAIR HILL GIRLS NARROWLY BEATEN IN FINAL

The football team headed over to Banbridge today to take part in a competition organised by EVO Soccer.

With two groups of seven, the girls finished top of their group without conceding a goal or losing a match.

In the final they were narrowly beaten 1 - 0 by Abercorn.

The girls were magnificent all day and were very unlucky not to come away with at least a share of the cup.

The team was made up of two P7’s and the rest were P5’s and P6’s. Maybe next year the girls will go one better and bring home the cup.
